Refunds, Returns and Changes to Order Policy

Thank you for shopping with Narn Bar Farv. 

We really hope you love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, We’re here to help. 

Please feel free to reach out to us directly with any concerns or issues regarding your purchase. Our goal is to support you and ensure your complete satisfaction, and we’ll do everything we can to make things right. 

Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for items that are unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact us: email us at admin@narnbarfarv.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will then come back to you within 24 hours. 
  2. Delivery: You will be responsible for paying the delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
  3. Return Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at admin@narnbarfarv.com with the details, and we will guide you through the process. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Certain items are non-returnable, including: 

  1. Personalised gifts; 
  2. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; and 
  3. Sale items. 

Refunds 

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned item(s) but will not include the original delivery charges. 

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet: 

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again. 
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@narnbarfarv.com.

Changes to your order:  

If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether, please contact us as far in advance as possible.  

All online orders cancelled 7 days or more before the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund on the order total; those cancelled within 2-6 days of delivery/collection will be entitled to a 50% refund; those cancelled within 48 hours of the order date will not be entitled to a refund (although refunds and credit notes may still be provided at our discretion). 

Gifts 

If the item was a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be given to you. 

If the gift was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
