Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Narn Bar Farv for your shopping needs! We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our delivery policy to understand how we manage and process deliveries. 

Order Processing 

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This email will include details of your order and a summary of your payment. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order still awaiting payment on the delivery date. 

If you have ordered multiple packages and are all going to the same address than that will incur one delivery charge. Should delivery be required for multiple addresses than a separate delivery charge will be required for each address. 

Delivery Method & Delivery Times 

We offer the following options: 

  1. Delivered to a local Jersey address (please select an option when processing your order) £2.50.
  2. Where you order more than one t-shirt, delivered to a local Jersey address £Free.
  3. Collection from our depot £Free. 

Please Note: 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. 

Free shipping may be available on orders from time to time as part of a promotion or for select products. 

We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Delivery Address 

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We shall not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. 

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@narnbarfarv.com. Changes to delivery addresses cannot be made once the order has been dispatched. 

Missed or Failed Deliveries 

Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your package, please contact us as soon as possible. 

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you or if the package is unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts, please contact us directly to arrange an alternative method. You may incur further delivery costs where we carry out multiple failed delivery attempts. 

Lost or Damaged Packages 

Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at admin@narnbarfarv.com.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may, at our discretion, include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
